The Session.
The Rose Room at The Ola Centre
A consultation takes place at the beginning of each session. Initially. this involves taking a medical history. It is a time to discuss any relevant issues and set intentions. The treatment is a space for you to totally unwind, let go of the outside world and come home to yourself. A time for you to be completely held and nourished whilst wrapped up, snug and warm in soft towels and a fluffy blanket.
A synergistic blend of high quality therapeutic grade essential oils, organic where possible, will be created specifically for your needs and blended with a cold pressed organic carrier oil. This will then be applied using a range of therapeutic massage techniques, which will be gently and sensitively interwoven with other bodywork techniques, energy work, breathwork and talking therapy where applicable. Deep healing energy work sessions are also available without the inclusion of body massage.
Your privacy is respected at all times and any information you share during the session will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Who are the sessions suitable for?
I am experienced in working with a wide range of clients. As well as supporting clients in the detoxification process, finding deeper relaxation, peace and harmony, general health maintenance and personal growth.

Bodywork is contra-indicated in a few medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, viral infections and certain skin conditions. Please contact me and/or check with your doctor if you are unsure.
